Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free Pan-India shipping.

7. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location and other order-related factors.

9. Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Can I return my T-shirt?

AARIVÉ does not accept normal returns for change of mind, colour preference, design preference or similar reasons.

Claims relating to a wrong, damaged or defective product may be considered according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is required for such claims.

11. Can I exchange my T-shirt if the size doesn't fit?

Yes.

AARIVÉ offers size exchange only, subject to availability.

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn and have its original tags attached.

Exchange courier charges are borne by the customer.

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package before opening, the shipping label and the complete opening of the package.

Claims without the required unboxing video may not be accepted.

13. Can I exchange a customised or embroidered product?

Customised or personalised products, including custom embroidery orders, are generally not eligible for size exchange or return for change-of-mind reasons.

Please confirm your requirements carefully before approving a custom order.

14. How should I wash my AARIVÉ T-shirt?

For best results:

• Machine wash cold
• Wash inside out
• Use a mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Avoid direct ironing over embroidery
• Do not tumble dry at high heat
• Follow the care instructions provided with the product

Proper care helps maintain the fabric and embroidery.
